Wilmington Air Park Plan
Welcome to the Wilimington Air Park Master Planning Website. The Clinton County Port Authority together with its consultants Jones Lang LaSalle, Woolpert, Landrum and Brown, and Unison have embarked on a project to analyze and evaluate potential redevelopment alternatives for the Wilimington Air Park. The purpose of this website is to provide the public with the following:
- Updates on the status of the project
- Notices of public meetings
- Draft plans, concepts, and redevelopment alternatives for review
- Opportunities to comment on plans, concepts, and redevelopment alternatives
The Clinton County Port Authority looks forward to working with the public and stakeholders to ensure that the Wilimington Air Park is well positioned for re-use in a manner that creates jobs and economic development, is financially feasible, and is environmentally sustainable.
